This is not a metashake lol and indirect buffs to already powerful and RoR is super Defensive already so anything making healers more tough is not the answer. Gcd change from 8/10 skills in 10s to 6/10 skills in 10s is bad. Also aoe cap reduced to 9 for melee 12 for ranged. RoR is still missing Tyrant and Darkpromise+ I wish for Vanq/Opp being rr40-45 set and Inv/Triump/Vict rr 55. Also Bringing back 1h 60-66dps 2h as well i dont remember their dps, highest maybe 98.5dps Wpns with great procs! Dok could have 880 armour debuff proc and 9s 18% slow proc that stacked with CoC+Snare 78% or something close to that=) Removing shield from wp/dok because no one should have access to block except tanks with shield,block is the most powerful stat. And wh/we Vanish speed buff should be removed. No Charge for these classess that is also better than the normal MDPS Charge.. Ignores Gcd and 2s insta stealth doesnt matter position with 50% speed buff 7s. Make it 3s insta stealth and remove the speed buff. Give wh/we 9 targets aoe bakk and give WP/DoK 50% Aoe Hd's after shield is removed and Boost IV-VIII which are 9-20% Critical dmg increase with 6-12 Critical increase and they stack if not the same one.
66dps 1h for SH back that had 18% Critical dmg with 9% Crit proc and 7pc Worn Sove/Sovereign having 20% critical dmg and 10 % critical amount buff giving 38% + increased crit dmg and 19% Crit. This is what my rr 68 sh used and i definetely was able to compete with rr90+ (after they nerfed the hidden lvl power which was more powerful than any set or even 2 rr 80 couldnt take rr96 before nerf) Didnt even need the gear just the RR's
Crit is the only thing in the game that varies 35-55% without modifiers so it should be the normal way to kill and best Heal people because its shared exactly same for both sides
