[Blackguard] Noob questions

I'm new to War and never played live. Enjoying the backguard atm.

First, is a 2-handed Malice BG viable? or is outclassed by most other mdps?

Second, does anyone have any recommended builds for a sword and shield BG for PvE and RvR? and maybe recommended stat priority.

malice 2h bg viable? Not ATM imho in order to be fully "effective" you need higher ranks and renown and all 4 tactics for the playstyle for the ability

you need atleast lvl 40 and you need 40 with rr 70 for the full build

however unless balace changes are made, then as is the the upsides to going 2h is far outweighed by the downsides of a lack of shield including being a worse guard, less surivieabilty and loss of the longest knock down in the game for an AoE 5s duration debuff thats kinda ehhhh....

unless you spec crimson death then their is no reason to go 2h bg becasue a DPS spec BG can do everything a 2h bg can do while haivng more utlity and survieability

all 2h tanks are outclassed by REAL mdps 2h tanks cannot compete wit their dmg and utility
