Killing lowbies in PvE?

In an of itself was not the bannable offense, that instance a GM told the "griever" to leave a Starting area, which he did not, disobeying instructions from a GM was the ban-able offense. Sometimes fighting in PvE areas can be a lot of fun. Sometimes it's just grieving.
