2 New players, AM & KOTBS looking for a guild!

Hello Order!

Me and my friend started playing RoR, we are an Archmage and a Knight of the Blazing Sun leveling together. We are level 12 and we're looking for a guild to be in for all kinds of content, but mostly ORvR.

We are also looking for some assistance for leveling!

Sadly order side doesn't have strong orvr guilds atm except russian ones. So you can join any guild by call in /5 LFG. Someone will inv you and you can pug together

The thing is you cannot have a good organised RvR guild w/o ppl willing to utilise voice comms and show up on fixed times.

Good RvR wb needs two things;

• Compact Movement -> achieved when everyone is able to partially predict next orders -> have to be accustomed to leading style -> need to put in enough time as a unit -> needs everyone online at the same time.
• Properly balanced comp -> easier to do when you know what classes you can expect/use.

Too bad a lot of ppl wont put any effort to create a well working rvr wb, instead claiming that they want a more "relaxed" playstyle, yet the moment they decide it is "game time" they expect to have everything sorted out.

But you and your friend need to be more heightly challenged to join.

We don't really look for a competitive or "good" RvR guild, but just an active guild that does it when there are enough people online, that simple. What you mention is a completely different level, an organized competitive PvP.

Allow me to quote you on that you would like people to show up at least 2 maximum 4 times a week for RvR, which is completely fine. But most people won't be willing to dedicate that effort to an Alpha phase private server of an 8 year old game. ( No disrespect to devs here, you guys do a tremendous job )

So we are really just looking for a guild to be in, where we can have fun for the few times a week we are online with other cool people, if possible in RvR. Just simple casual fun.

Just to be clear I have no issue if you or anyone else is looking for more casual approach. That is your right as a player and no one has a any right to tell you how to play, period.

Above was a response as to why there aren't much strong RvR WBs around on order side. The last ranty bit was in no way geared towards you or your friend but just a generalisation of part of the community which is in fact only a minority.
