I wish to open this topic to add a suggestion for, what appears to me, a not so good mechanic which is DETAUNT mechanic (both single and aoe mode). The reason why i post this is that many classes (all except tanks) got a detaunt mechanism for pve and pvp, but in pvp is very unreliable.
For example, in the sorcerer class you sometimes dot someone and in 1v1 or similar small scenarios situation your detaunt will be useless because the DOT tick will nullify it. Even for magus in the AOE sector detaunt become a very unreliable mechanism and we dont have many CD to save ourselves in dangerous situations (no matter what you do a melee will kill you easily unless hes braindead or afk...) but that's another story
so to be short my proposal is:
ALL CLASSES DETAUNT (from Wh to Sorceror to magus to wh etc) : morph for RVR side into a flat 20%damage reduction, giving a class a marginal survival increase in dire situations, but increase the CD to 3 minutes.
AOE DETAUNT make it become a 10%flat reduction when active plus 2% healt regen while triggered. Inrease cd to 5 minutes.
