[Engineer] Concussive Mine

10 sec duration 50% Cast time increase from Landmine explosion (15 sec mine cd)

This tactic is to powerful atm.

1) It Is given to the engineer as a base tactic
2) It has a 5 sec downtime
3) 91ft range (with pet buff)
4) Can be applied without having LOS
5) Can hit more than 6 targets with pet buff (Not sure about this one)

The closest mirror class "Magus" has nothing close as good as this.

Suggestions:

1) Make this work on another skill than the mine. (maybe Electromagnet or Lightning Rod)
2) Make it a tactic you need to spend points to get.
3) Lower the duration
4) Make it work with immunity
5) Do not apply the debuff unless the stagger trigger

Declining. Unlike Keg, there ARE other similar skills on destro. Therefore, Concussive Mine is not an issue worth discussing in the Balance forums. Also, a few things you mention are simply not true. Concussive mine does not make Landmine undefendable, for example.
