Purposefully pulling through fences - exploit?

First: I play destro only so my experience here is from that perspective. The same issue may apply to Marauder pull but I have not confirmed it myself so I cannot say for sure. Before getting your feelings hurt over this post, feel free to replace "White Lion" and "Marauder" in your head when reading this.

This weekend in the Highpass Cemetary scenario, I had multiple occasions where a White Lion was standing on the other side of the fence near the BO and they would pull me through the fence with their pet. This happened repeatedly with the same White Lion so it was obviously on purpose.

This seems to be actively taking advantage of an exploit as it's pretty obvious this is not intended behavior. Is this a reportable offense and if not, why? :?:

Wouldn’t call it an exploit, you can pounce through it, heal through it, attack through it…. Just like you can see through a cast fence…

It can be a frustrating sc. Why is it ok for ranged to be able to stand on the other side of the fence and shoot through it. Not saying that I should be able to pounce through it. But trying to report a guy and get him banned over it is a bit much. Just kill the pet. That’s it. You can kill it before it gets to you. Or knock it down and or root it

I can’t pull through it.

The pet pathing won’t allow the pet to run straight at a target in that sc. lots of obstacles.

Also I haven’t tried but I’m pretty sure you can’t pounce through it.

Maybe best solution is for them to make the fences not a cast through for direct heals or los abilities similar to black Craig keep sc.

You can't walk through a fence so how exactly would your body be pulled through it let alone a lion running through it with your body in its mouth?

Mhhh difficult question.... Imo this is finally one thing that's not really an exploit as you can heal/cast/shoot/attack through the fence. (not the stone pillars tho')*

Bigger issue are some ppl jumping/bugging on there ...so they are out of melee range. Especially unfair/annoying if one grp is more melee depending.
(And don't come with stuff like everyone can bug/jump on there .... yeah sure ... try that on a chop while a grp is shooting at you :P)

* let me add here for clarification, if you think it is an exploit ... never do it and report it. In this case it's more like mechanic (see through but can't go through -> fence. Same as @ the BO in Praag. Therefore most likely working as intended.

As I recall at one time the fences in the High Pass Scenario did serve to block line of sight/line of fire. Evidence of that can be found in the video below. That video was originally published on April 9th of 2018 as part of my scenario guide series, which means, of course, the associated SC footage was captured at some point prior. If you watch you can see how the overall style and approach to playing that SC then is far different from those employed today. Both sides are making efforts not to be separated by the fences. The MDPS and Healers all stay in direct line of sight to everyone.

Just saying.
