New too assistance

Hey all. I've just returned and can't quite put my finger on a class. When I played ages ago I tried a few of them and liked them. But I wanna try something new.
So how is the Ork faction atm? I've tried shaman and loved it. But what about the others? Are any op? Would I get immediate warband invites? Just curious thanks.
