Yeah... New toons are gonna have a real hard time leveling up soon

T1-2 is going to be a pretty big ghost town meaning it will be harder to lvl up and get rr and all the low level gear like gale and stuff have been taken by salvagers

Any plan to ban t1 t2 peeps < lvl 22 to leech on t3 ?
