yeah its Shotgun i tried to ask but couldnt understand him

[engineer] I was just in a sc and saw another engineer with two wrenches equiped, one in the main hand and one in the off hand, how is this possible ? it doesnt seem to want to let me do the same and ive never seen it before ? no one seems to have any answers ?

Hi I have booted up my launcher from the right folder and it pops up with this message when I press connect, d3dx9_34.dll was not found!
I've looked on the support forum common issues and it is there but the link for it goes to a page with no information ? please help
