- he doesn;t spawn where I killed Tulk, which I kinda expected.
- he isn't in the greenskin chapters 17 or 18.

But to me, simply do quests, enjoy the story, scenery will get you quite fast into the higher levels.

and tbh, yes, T3 sucked a little bit..but I think it took me less than 5 evenings to get into T4...

is there an updated quest database?
Sometime I have a hard time to finish a quest,
but I never know if I am stupid (90% of the cases) or if the quest is bugged (10%)
