You're probably getting stomped out by premade scenario groups. Either try to join one in looking for group or create one and start doing the stomping

I'm trying to do the epic quest for the appearance items in Reikland destro side, and it's not at the quest giver.

Not sure if I had it at some point and abandoned it? Is it possible to reset the quest myself, or get a hold of a GM in game to reset it for me?

It's not super excessive. That's why i'm not asking people to be banned or causing a huge **** storm, but it's defiantly enough to screw up communication and needs limited.
