I was curious how the armor pen from Impale works with Cutting Claw and Piercing Bite? If debuffed with Cutting Claw, will it still ignore the listed armor amount (from Impale) and if I have Piercing Bite slotted, will it ignore 50% of their remaining armor and then bypass the listed amount from ...
