Chaos/Ostland - Ferlangen/ Ch.5 - the quest items sould be there at the PQ: Reaper's Circle.

Hey, maybe someone knows the way to do this quest. Please, help me in this case. I tried my best, but can't find any of the quest item, named: Fungal Root, or Shimmerweed. We searched for the nearly catacombs, a circle near the woods, doing the PQ in here, but nothing. Is that quest working? Any adv...
