Hi, is there a RunePriest sig, or would it be possible to have one created?

I'm having same problem, Launcher runs fine, both Web/Login Server buttons are green (playing on Mac through Parallels). I click Connect and nothing happens. I don't receive an error message, have restarted multiple times, to no avail . Any help and/or suggestions would be welcome.
