Can someone answer my question please? It's sunday, I want to play a bit)

Got new launcher today, everything was fine for couple hours, logged off and client crushes now on connecting/shaking hands screen on every attempt with "removed from the server" message. Was i actually banned or it's an issue with new launcher?) Thanks in advance. https://i.imgur.com/hLUY9Vh.png

And server is dead again. It's off for like 15-17 hours every day, this is beyond frustration.
