While I appreciate the effort, this still doesn't achieve your stated goals.

First of all, the campaign is almost completely pointless now so making control better for small groups does almost nothing.

Feel free to go look at the stats but both WE and WH populations have surged recently vs their long term (365-day look back) average in the rr60+ bracket.

WE are up from like 7% of total pop to nearly 12%
WH are up from about 7% of total pop to about 11%

I don't see how this will break up the blob. What I do see is the blob migrating from BO to BO to turn in the resources much like it currently migrates from BO to BO to pick up the renown bonuses now.


Thats the whole point. Not to break the blob but to encourage it to leave the stale old ...

I don't see how this will break up the blob. What I do see is the blob migrating from BO to BO to turn in the resources much like it currently migrates from BO to BO to pick up the renown bonuses now.

Ps quitter should be taken out as well as it actually increases the frequency of **** lineups and gives strong sides to high crest earnings. Let scs end by playing the objectives instead of teaching players objectives are secondary

It's like most of the last 4 years here, NA time zone is heavy order, and it's not uncommon to see them PVE keeps/forts late at night during NA time zone, many times I'll see 150 + order taking a keep, or fort with less than 20 dest defenders. Logrin's forge and high pass cemetary are two. Ironically, logrin's forge is one of the scs that still has guards and no barriers. However, it'd be a lot easier to just remove those from the rotation or add guards to them only.


LF and HPC BOs have close BOs, but not enough close for rdps ...
