T1 is quick leveling so i'll skip that

T2-3 you have 2 options, either quests with great xp rewards. Should be easy since ur a team.
Or the fun slower route of RvR, only works if you play in primetime imo

T4 you can gain few lvls from farming ruin set from PQ, then you can do the skaven quest ...

Unsure if this is the right place to ask, but I was wondering what the best way to level quickly is these days? Being boosted in arena?
