Return of Reckoning

Well, he somehow found what the problem was but didn't share how he fixed it. All I know is I am trying all suggested options I see and none seem to work.

Getting the same issue as ViridianArchon above and I already have the read only off. It simply starts the game but has no character creation option and leaves only the black empty box in the middle right side. I have tried many times so it's not a "patience" issue and I have run it on admin each ...
