Return of Reckoning

I went to go start the T2 Dark Elf epic quest, "A Lord's Game" and the quest was not available at the npc (Hartha) chap. 5. The only thing I could think is that I did it at some point prior but I am 99% sure I didn't. Is there anyway to see in my ToK if I did? Or is there any way to reset the quest ...

It's not even so much about nerfing the SH, it completely altered the class, viability and fun playing. Now, the SH is still completely squsihy but with significant loss of mobility options.
