What are you people talking about? Did you even opened attached pictures? There's time highlighted, I was not talking about any damage at all.
It is DoT with a stronger last tick, but it ticks only once every 3 seconds. Not two times in one second.

Sorry in advance if I'm wrong, I've never seen BAL from destro side. But as I recall from my 100 WH those last BAL ticks aren't normal.

Nothing against your skills as a 100 ...

Sorry in advance if I'm wrong, I've never seen BAL from destro side. But as I recall from my 100 WH those last BAL ticks aren't normal.
