Yep T1 is the worst RvR part. Even on Live they let you play it for free because it was so bad.

Sorry but not one cares about the Level.
It is way more important to grind RR 40 and then levle to Level 40 so you get equip all the way and with the merged T2-4 you can RvsR all the way. If you had played live you know what pain it is to play PvE till you T levle is unlocked.
