Why RoR wouldnt just do it like Aor? Even with 9aoe cap you couldnt have more than 6x same hot/dot/Rune of battle or anything. Who here thinks that RoR pvp quality would improve, like alot with 9ae cap/6x effect cap on target. VS the current 24 ae cap and no effect cap on target? If you think pvp ...
