I have the impression the algorythm tries to match full wbs first and, if a full wb is not available on one side, it takes whatever it is on the list starting from most populated wbs filling gaps with 6 mans and solo.

The fort experience, while sometimes is frustrating, it is surely simpler than taking certain keeps wi 250+ people inside. Both GTDC and Rampage are game-breaking mechanics, remove them both or convert them to something less breaking but still useful (i.e. morale pump/drain, group buff/aoe debuff).

Why don't use a different approach. Instead of this reward system based on the zone, just give a % (let's say, 20%) to get invader crests in the gold bag for attaching or defending any keep. Reward accessible for only rr62+ rank. This way people are incentivated to join the oRvR fields with the toon ...

Same issue here on my IB. This bug also occurs when I die/port/change zone. Visually the tactics are there but at least one tactict seems not in effect. This is quite annoying expecially for tactics like menace or avalanche, you find whether they work or not only when it is too late :\ A possible ...
