Return of Reckoning

If anyone else is having the same problem, I installed using Mar2020 installer.
This installer has the 3 missing files, and I am able to launch the game no prob.

Could someone post the contents of the UserSettings.xml ?
Mines blank for some reason and maybe the cause for my inability to launch.

I've followed all the installation steps with May 2024 and Dec 2024 files off the direct download and torrent with the same result.
On launch I get a black box which disappears after maybe 7 secs.

Looks like I'm missing files:
HashDictionary.dll
ICSharpCode.SharpzipLib.dll
MYPHandler.dll
