If you can capitalise the f*** outta parry (2H IB can get 75%+, as can SM), then it doesn't really matter if you can't block tbh. Base block for some tanks is relatively ****, while parry isn't. Not to mention the t4 epic weapon that gives +10% parry when proc.

kotbs is THE tank that every group needs, the IB and SM vying for the offtank position. It provides too much (passive toughness/str/res/ap auras, aoe snare, +% crit and heal crit, long KB, stagger, vigilance, etc) to not have as a main tank.

Mara is one of the best single target dps in the game in a group if your not going sav + brut for gioutine, 50% crit tactic and 25% damage increase ablity then your doing your self a disservice
