Pop during NA/Pacific time is very low, during evenings theres 1 person Q'd for ranked and pve is pretty rare outside of a guild gearing alts. It would be nice to see them bought with seals of paragon/exemplar. It takes long enough to get a jewel just to slot it in. Doing pve you don't need as a ...
