Return of Reckoning

I don't know if you guys fixed the issue yet, but I am still unable to login on my character, I tried the /stuck thing but nothing happened and I have to close the game to try again. I have yet to successfully login to the game, so is there any other suggestions that might help or should I just wait ...

No I haven't done the /stuck command, but this is a new character of mine also my first so I haven't logged in ever on this character. So should I just create a new character or just wait until the issue is resolved?

So whenever I hit the play button to start playing the game it goes to the loading screen with the book, but it doesn't seem like any progress is being made while its loading so the game is just stuck there. I've left the game on that loading screen for at least half an hour and still nothing is ...
