While we are at emblems... Is it possible to change quest rewards from Conq to Oppressor when you are 51 or even 61? (weapon speed) / (1 + sum of AA haste modifiers )

say normal weapon with 2.4 speed is 2.4/1 if no haste modifiers
with 50% haste modifier; 2.4 / (1 + 0.5) = 1,6 effective weapon speed (interval between sword swings)

I mean if your main argument is still "framerate drops", than using logic, because napalm uses engi napalm graphics, then engi should also have their napalm removed? And because it's not fair for one side, magus should also get their ground targeted aoe removed? Or as above was said, you can check t...

It will takes months to years before the average pug lemmings adjusts their behaviour - safety in numbers is no more effective and good positioning has higher value. Once the usual blobbers figured out that spread formation means less dmg taken, the dispersing of "blob cores" makes any increased AoE...

So the issue is then not the stacking (they do not stack), nor the dmg (100-150 ticks do not kill anyone, its a DOT that barely is noticed depending how you filter your incoming dmg information). The issue might then be possibly a non-optimized graphics component, which AFAIK is the same stuff Engis...

As others said, it's same with any attack that has a visual effect - Sorc + BW + Engi + Magus are all equally amazing at "lag bombing" from range, when 8x IS or 8x Fbreath hit, anyone will notice a drop in FPS from the game trying to keep track of effects + debuffs + dots applied.
