Obviously no to OPs idea, but i do think its funny that all the buff/mobility suggestions here(in the forums last 4 yrs) are basically things that have existed as procs in Tier 4 epic wpn quests/rr 38 Influence items/Keep-Fort-City Purple bag wpn procs + Pve Wpn procs.

If they do rework the gear sets, they absolutely should remove all Block from all non shield DoK gear, and let shield DoK get it's blocking from shields, weapons, tactics and talents.

Or make an extra set for specific tears with gear for just it, so DoK has more sets then any other class ...
