T7 Armor sets were not added to live production builds (Confirmed by Keaven). Its possible that one of the public test builds had them.

Dungeons will take time (We all have IRL issues). When we do add them, we can also add completely new dungeons, gear models, etc. Much of the client has been unlocked.
