It's dps check and heal check, if your dps aren't killing the skulls in time, you would wipe. If you are healers aren't geared someone will drop inbetween aoe + boss cleave. Like other folks have said OT to pickup the boss after stun, he'll stun top two aggro I think. I got stun a lot as slayer too....
