Return of Reckoning

On mine i havent got Server create or characters buttons

Im getting the same problem with i cant create a toon

Ok that worked but i still cant make a new toon hasnt got the option to make one

I keep getting this Error everytime i start the game and when i do get in i cant find where to make a new character
