Return of Reckoning

Just downloaded the game when I try and log in I am faced with "AN ERROR OCCURED..." box. it sais " Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the... " lines and lines of text, is this a common problem, how do I resolve it ? Thank you.
