I found no thread about this and I never played on the live servers, so I'll ask here. Are there still parts of the game missing in RoR or is everything from live implemented? If not, what is still missing?

When I stopped playing ROR I think the renown cap was 40 and I got the Anihilator set. I started playing again and would get the next set. From what I read I'm supposed to do PVE to unlock the sovereign set and then get that set and skiping everything in between. Is there a way to trade in my ...
