Return of Reckoning

Its been repported that the Lobbas for this mission arnt working but you can climb the mountains in order to get up. I am struggling to find a spot my shaman can climb the mountains in order to complete the mission. Any tips?

Do all Destruction starters begin in Norsca? I have just started as a Squig Herder and was wanting to start in the Orc/Dwarf starting area, is this possible?
