Hello everyone!

I'm currently working on the T4 Epic Quest for the weapons. I'm at level 14 of the Empire Quest where you have to collect the four shards. Unfortunately, I can't click on them to pick them up, and just clicking doesn't do anything either. Does anyone have any advice?
