Return of Reckoning

So I have this problem with NPC questgivers. Although I've comleted my quest I can not get my reward, cause the questgiver don't seem to respond/
Also can't finish one of the very first quests where I need to kill an Empire courier, who seems to be a mob of level 38. Each time I die, all the npcs ...
