i know the snare aspect of the Weight of Guilt curse only affects someone who is cursed. My question is : Does the Endless Guilt tactic spread the snare effect to enemies within 20 feet of target only if those enemies are also cursed? The tool tip says all enemies within 20 feet so it should not ...
