Nowhere, BO is garbage now, absolutly useless and worthless tank in the game. BO would be bit better if only devs remember one thing that was nerfed 2 years ago - tactic on aoe snare, if this nerf would be reverted to 40% without cd on 5 sec, like it was always, BO could be at least something.
