Well as of this morning i must draw a few conclusions.

Yes, it's playable...

It plays horribly!

Real GCD was 1.15 - 1.5 seconds. Not sure if this worked like this "If you use skill at 1,15 seconds it will fire but if you dont use it pretty close to 1.15 sec then it is 1.5 GCD" There used to be hard cap 1.5 sec GCD in RoR but it was removed because it caused big issues. Not excited about strict 1.5s GCD checks though. "Short GCD" was a thing even back on Live though i don't remember the specifics. The way it always worked on RoR is you were given an option to mash your buttons for faster hits while sacrificing AP ticks, or wait for a "full GCD" to get AP ticks ...

I can login, get char screen, get loading screen (reikland), then i get a msg server closed my connection

Able to log in to char screen, pres splay and get kicked to server selection. This happens on all toons. Both servers green on launcher
