I'd let people still get rewards in pve, earn xp, gold etc, just nothing in rvr.

I guess you are allowed to queue as group with whatever comp you want. It only fills 2-2-2 from people who queue'd less than 6, which imo is good sense.

Yes. You right click on the little coloured squares you use to apply marks. You can then edit the scale value.

I like to join an autoband rather than a purely open wb. I know its often a pain to get in on DPS but whatever class you do you'll know you get basic setup correct and be a fighting unit. A warband without support ain't worth much.

It would be good to also cater for 1-3-2 rdps groups, not sure if ...

Giving recognition to Warband Leaders is a step in right direction. Thats one of many long awaited additions to a game.
But I dont think extra renown potions or even exotic mounts arent really worth hassle.

Maybe consider adding "special abilities" with a timer, for example pocket items.
