Make it if your 20+ levels higher than mobs they won't auto aggro attack you.

I'm not saying faction locks should be absolute. But I believe if the cooldown for switching sides was longer, players would be more likely to stay on one side for a meaningful amount of time.

EXCEPT almost no solo player is complaining at all besides certain engagements. EvERYONE else complains about blobs, Rampage , pulls , GCD, Morale bombs ,24 hit cap, PVD, WC camping, fake rams ...
