To the OP, Im not sure what "BiS" gear is anymore as I dont follow or have any of the PVE gear ( Blood Lord, Sent or anything ) That being said for me BiS is Invader 7 pc and SC ( new) Weapons. WIth That and BL/Genesis Pieces Im: 991Str (No Pots) and 645 WS, 7.5KHP and I run a 0.6% Chance to be Crit...

overall I appreciate the change. is it perfect no, but imo step in right direction and I thank you.

For me no I don’t think dps is op. Hell some fights I feel take too long, like me vs sham,heal dok, zealot or some magus. Can go on forever

Because in my guild, guild of 1-3 active I can do things how I want , get the bonuses I want , make rules and play how I want and not be told by someone else how to play or threatened to not be apart of that group of people.

I always recommend when it comes to display drivers, to make sure old driver is completely uninstalled and to do this I use Display Driver uninstaller. You can find link here
