So when can we expect the fix for the Dark Elf Killquest? Should I let my lvl40 char debolsterd or go back to T4 because it will take some time?

It seems like the Dark Elf Kill Quest for the 2nd stage of the event doesnt work, killed 4-5 but it sill says 0/10.
