How I explain it's not 14% only 29%. Slayer have +50% more dmg from berserk or +75% from euxhastive blows. And you can't make build in full dps when play as pug. You must remember about defeance. Being a mdps in RvR, u must allways focus in ws and crit chance, never focus in chance of being crit hit. The objetive is not surveillance, but killing faster than ur oponents. 14% of crit is ridiculous as dps.

Every good player was a bad player first. Keep trying. Watch what other good players are doing and try to do the same, and as a matter of time, u will be, some day, the good player to be watched by others. Good players can go as pugs.
