That is good to know, im not very familliar with VPN usage and whatnot. The latter proved to be the case, they blocked a whole range apparently due to suspicious behaviour (VPN usage when i asked specifics)... non negotioable, had my formula massively reduced, lookin at other ISP's now.

Having the same issue, can only play with VPN and it becomes a lagfest. Tried all suggestions in the sticky threads, nothing works. I reckon its my own ISP but have no idea how to resove this, in the morning it worked, get home later and it doesnt anymore.

I have the same issue. I was playing two nights ago without problems, then last night the web server button shows red -> searching on the forums solved nothing (i read the sticky's and tried the cmd stuff, two thirds didnt work)
Only solution that i know is a VPN, it works when i enable my VPN but ...
