Re: [AM] Is it worth lvling up one?

Problem is as the AM you need to put perfect puddles, pump morale, blast Energy of Vaul, provide direct healing, survive and deal with the mechanics at the same time to be worth 1 slot in a premade WB over another RP or WP.

Re: Help choosing tank class

You want pve for the wards and cities for inf rewards. But overall your best bet would be Borc/Swordmaster. Not sure about competitive 6v6, but in WBs you're be welcomed.

Re: City pop problem

EU problem is that it's locked in eternal stalemate. If there's >200 defenders in a fort, you are not taking it, unless other side throws.

Re: BB/BE changes - more grind for less fun

Yep, remove tedium, not difficulty. Though with the aggro swap mechanics those are broken here since Taunt is broken in PvE. Taunt is supposed to force mobs to attack you 3 times and generate a lot more threat than it does now. I've had issues getting aggro off people doing nothing but detaunting t...

Re: Debate about why Order is how it is.

I played live for 5 years. From server launch to server close down. Guild warbands three times a week, once a week guild training, twice a week guild pre-made party dungeon crawl to get coordination going. Setup strawnman arguments? We didn't have friendly dev ear back then, once imbalance struck w...

Where'd you get these numbers from? They don't make any sense.
Just my observations playing both sides.

Re: Debate about why Order is how it is.

We can talk about balance, tactics, etc a lot, but there's 2 main issues, both outlined here a lot of time. Destro have X, Order can counter X with Y, Destro can counter Y with Z, etc, etc. That's why premade vs premade is within margin of error (and who's online at the moment). Issue 1 Bad melee tr...

Re: Debate about why Order is how it is.

Main reason - typical destro PuG is a bad melee train, while typical order pug is equally bad engie wall.

Re: new invader farming

Let me expose clearly the equation : case A : (asymetric rewarding) > Give a better reward to the winning side (actually what happens in last zone). This should be logical to reward winners and not losers. What do we see ? : A majority of players are moving to the winning side. case B : (asymetric ...

Re: new invader farming

The biggest issue with RvR is the reward system effectively creating an incentive for you to throw or not engage with RvR. This change was an attempt to address this problem however because defending the last zones before fort is the only incentive in RvR currently for players as the bottleneck of ...
