Return of Reckoning

When I mouse over an item/skill/anything in general, I don't get the little desc box on any character I have. Is this an option that I set up and don't realize or is this a bug? I am confused on what's going on.

Note: Since my last attempt at a guild failed and my newest guild being slightly more successful, I shall move forward with this new guild.

Nice initiative but there are more important things to do atm imo:

1-both sides needs at least 1 dominant warband guild for campaign progress.

2-both sides needs pug leaders for create action.

Population is important yes but taking initiative and creating action is more which na lacks a lot. I ...

If you somewhat new to this game, roll a Kotb and level it through RvR normally to rank 40, you will learn a lot in the process, and then decide whether you want to try the risky life of a mdps, or the easier and somewhat more secure life of a rdps.
