Same here..even tried renaming current War.exe in case the was some conflict or failure to over write. I have no War-64.exe in my Warhammer folder. Any chance someone can post the file for us to grab?

Also even though I have the latest of all the other files, it still performs a download of those ...

That worked for me. Just kept trying as suggested by Elven. About the 10th try I was able to get in.
