Downloading that file has stopped me from crashing, huzzah!

I can actually play the game, thanks to the OP for advice.

Scratch that, downloading through the launcher is going to take forever, found the link the guy above mentioned, downloading now.

Trying this now, noticed the music was corrupted earlier and simply turned it off as I don't care anyway.
Having played for about 10 minutes now my crashes 5 seconds after logging in.

Will post results once download is completed.
